Hospice of the Chesapeake is a non-profit care organization serving families in Anne Arundel, Charles, and Prince Georges counties in Maryland. In addition to direct supportive care, hospice, and bereavement services for all community members, we provide professional trainings and community education on living with advanced complex illness, advanced care planning, end-of-life care, and the nature and impact of grief and traumatic loss.
